Job summary

Precede Precision Engineering / Molding Sdn Bhd (Precede Group) is seeking a hands-on operator to set up and run plastic injection molding equipment. You will monitor, adjust, and optimize process parameters to achieve high output with consistent quality, while following safety rules and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Role requires 2+ years in injection molding, a relevant diploma or certificate, and strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
• Diploma / Vocational / Certificate in relevant field.
• Familiarity with injection molding machines and plastic materials.
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection molding machines.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters for quality and output.
• Troubleshoot injection molding related issues.
• Work with Quality Assurance to inspect product inspections and do corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Follow safety and workplace rules.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Continuously improve machine performance by reducing cycle time and waste.
• Manage production scrap and regrind materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
