Job summary

EVE Energy Malaysia is seeking a qualified Equipment Engineer Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities and ensure safety aligns with company standards. You will lead a team of equipment engineers and production technicians, driving reliability improvements and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics (OEE, MTBF, MTTR), coordinating preventive maintenance, and preparing management reports. Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in equipment engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and reliability improvement.
• Familiar with OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other factories to resolve equipment-related issues and support production targets
• Develop and conduct technical training for equipment engineers and production technicians
• Prepare equipment performance and maintenance reports for management review
