Job summary

I & L Engineering Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management Team in planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure projects.

The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, facilitating meetings, maintaining documentation, and liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Candidates should hold a Civil Engineering degree with at least four years of relevant experience in infrastructure or development projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in infrastructure, drainage, and major development projects.
• Experience working on infrastructure or construction projects.
• Good understanding of project delivery, coordination, and reporting processes.
• Familiarity with Malaysian authorities, approval processes, and stakeholder engagement would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management Team in the planning, coordination, and delivery of project activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project inputs, interfaces, and stakeholder actions to support timely project execution.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews, including preparation of minutes, action logs, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain project registers, records, and documentation in accordance with project procedures and document control requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders on project-related matters.
• Assist in the review and coordination of technical submissions, project deliverables, and progress against agreed milestones.
• Support site inspections, technical meetings, and stakeholder engagements as required.
• Undertake other project delivery and coordination duties as assigned by the Project Management Team.
