Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an L2/L3 production support specialist to maintain and troubleshoot our communication surveillance applications and interfaces.

You will monitor application health, handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, support ITIL processes, coordinate changes, and keep documentation current in Confluence or similar tools. Collaboration with upstream and downstream teams will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in L2/L3 production support.
• Familiarity with monitoring and incident-management tools.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of ITIL-aligned processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, batch processing, system availability and production alerts.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across multiple layers.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Support ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
• Coordinate production changes and verify implementation readiness.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
• Work with upstream and downstream teams to troubleshoot data flow issues.
• Support disaster recovery planning, testing and execution.
