Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Healthcare IT team. You will support implementation, configuration, training, data migration and project management of Healthcare IT and AI solutions across hospitals.

The role offers involvement in fast-growing digital healthcare transformation with advanced technologies improving patient care and operations. Occasional travel within Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical, IT, CS, Networking, Engineering or related fields.
• 2–5 years of working experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Analytical, communication and project coordination skills.
• Passion for healthcare innovation and technology.
• Willing to travel occasionally for deployments.
• Position can be based in any states within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end project implementation for Healthcare IT and AI solutions.
• Support on-site and remote deployment, training and post-installation support.
• Coordinate with sales, engineers and customers to ensure delivery.
• Assist in documentation, progress tracking and reporting.
• Participate in customer training and system handover.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, privacy and healthcare data standards.

The successful candidate will be supporting the implementation, configuration, training, data migration and project management of Healthcare IT and AI solutions across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end project implementation for Healthcare IT and AI solutions, including system setup, configuration and data migration activities.
• Support on-site and remote deployment, user training and post-installation support when required
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineers and customers) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in project documentation, progress tracking and reporting to ensure timely completion.
• Participate in customer training and system handover.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, privacy, and healthcare data standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical, Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of working experience.
• Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
