Job summary

LAC Medical Supplies in Malaysia seeks an IT Support Engineer to drive Healthcare IT and AI project implementations across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

You will support end-to-end deployments, data migration, and user training while coordinating with sales, engineering, and customers to ensure timely delivery and high quality. Occasional travel and strict data-security compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of working experience.
• Willing to travel occasionally for project deployments.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end project implementation for Healthcare IT and AI solutions, including system setup and data migration.
• Provide on-site and remote deployment, user training, and post-installation support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineers and customers) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Document project progress, track milestones and report to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct customer training and system handover.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, privacy, and healthcare data standards.

The successful candidate will be supporting the implementation, configuration, training, data migration and project management of Healthcare IT and AI solutions across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical, Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of working experience.
• Good analytical, communication and project coordination skills.
