Job summary

Salt Talent Search is seeking a Content Creator Management Specialist for a 12-month extendable contract. The role focuses on acquiring and onboarding creators, managing affiliate relationships, and driving program initiatives across platforms.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, with strong social media and ecommerce platform knowledge, plus excellent communication and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of social media and ecommerce platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
