Job summary

usmile in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an Affiliate Creator Development & Management professional to recruit, onboard, and activate creators on TikTok Shop and other platforms. You will train creators with product knowledge, commission structures, selling points, and content angles to boost conversions.

• Data-driven mindset with performance tracking and optimization.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimize KOC collaboration efficiency to balance volume, quality, and cost.
