Job summary

Salt is hiring a Creator Incubation Specialist who will identify, outreach, and onboard high-potential affiliate creators across TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms to drive e-commerce livestreaming growth.

You will own creator lead sourcing, gather contact data, negotiate onboarding incentives, and guide creators to their first livestream while tracking performance and optimizing onboarding processes.

This role focuses on identifying high-potential creators, initiating outreach, and driving successful onboarding into e-commerce livestreaming
