Job summary

Linergy Power Sdn Bhd is seeking an Industrial Park Planning Engineer to support the planning and development of our industrial facilities and manufacturing site in Malaysia. You will lead layout and zoning studies, coordinate with design consultants, prepare layouts in AutoCAD, and ensure cost-effective site development while meeting regulatory and safety requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, urban planning, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in industrial park, factory, or manufacturing facility planning.
Familiar with industrial land requirements, planning regulations, and authority submission/approval processes.
Proficient in AutoCAD and able to independently prepare and review planning layouts.

Responsibilities

Plan industrial park layout, zoning, road networks, and utilities.
Coordinate with design consultants for drawings, surveys, submissions, and approvals.
Plan factory specifications and supporting facilities based on production needs.
Monitor construction phase to ensure planning requirements and cost control.
Maintain planning drawings and documentation, coordinating with Engineering, Project, and Business Development.
