Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Solutions Consultant (OT Cybersecurity) to join our APAC Cyber team. You will architect, design, and present Industrial cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, and utilities across Asia Pacific.

In this highly customer-facing role, you will guide strategic engagements, deliver tailored cybersecurity strategies, and support sales through workshops, demonstrations, and RFP responses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of OT Cybersecurity, Threat Intelligence, SOC, or Industrial Security environments.
• 7+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, application engineering, or solution consulting.
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA/DCS) and cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP).

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity solution architectures aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and build customer value propositions.
• Lead technical workshops, presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Support RFI/RFQ/RFP responses with solution design, proposals, and costing.
• Provide strategic cybersecurity guidance to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop tailored industrial cybersecurity solutions leveraging Honeywell portfolio and third-party tech.
• Collaborate with regional OT Cyber leaders and sales teams to drive pipeline growth and bookings.
• Maintain expertise in industry trends and emerging technologies.
