Job summary

SGS is seeking an Experienced Operational Technology (OT) & Cybersecurity Manager to lead advisory, assessment, certification, and compliance services across Asia Pacific. You will develop market-facing solutions, drive commercial growth, and manage strategic client relationships while delivering OT cybersecurity projects for critical infrastructure and industrial sectors.

The role requires leadership, stakeholder management, and strong technical expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of OT cybersecurity, industrial cybersecurity, consulting, assurance, or related experience.
Proven experience in business development and strategic account management.
Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as IEC/ISA 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relating to cybersecurity and critical infrastructure.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders including C-suite, plant leadership, engineering teams.
Experience leading regional projects, cross-functional teams, or multi-country initiatives.
Strong commercial acumen to translate technical expertise into business value.
Certifications such as IEC/ISA 62443, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, GIAC, GICSP are advantageous.
Willingness to travel across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

Lead OT cybersecurity advisory, assessment, certification, and compliance projects in APAC.
Develop market-facing solutions and drive commercial growth.
Manage strategic customer relationships and support consultative sales engagements.
Oversee proposal preparation, bid management, and client presentations.
Provide technical leadership for assessments, readiness reviews, and compliance programs.
Advise clients on cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
Support risk/gap assessments, governance programs, and regulatory initiatives.
Develop scalable service offerings, delivery frameworks, and market solutions.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
Mentor capability through training and knowledge sharing.
Engage with industry bodies to strengthen market presence.
Manage project delivery, performance, and alignment with regional growth plans.
