Polymer Applications Southern Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow the business by identifying new opportunities, managing existing customers and presenting protective floor coating solutions.

You will follow projects from enquiry to completion, collaborate with the project team, and aim to meet monthly and annual sales targets. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, plus willingness to travel, are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or higher.
• 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, industrial, machinery, paint or related industries.
• Experience in protective coating, flooring, paint or industrial sales is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Strong passion for sales and willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
• Good negotiation, presentation and customer relationship skills.
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel for customer visits and project follow-ups.
• Able to work independently as well as with the project team.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify potential sales opportunities through ongoing construction and industrial projects.
• Follow up closely on projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable protective floor coating systems.
• Work closely with the Project Team to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule and customer expectations.
• Conduct presentations, product discussions and negotiations with customers at different levels.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Keep track of market trends, customer needs and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations and other relevant documentation.
