Job summary

INTRIX Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead Industrial Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) initiatives in Malaysia. You will originate opportunities, engage C-suite stakeholders, qualify deals, and drive commercial framing from opportunity shaping to closure.

Role emphasizes hunter mindset, market creation, and delivering measurable P&L improvements for clients; you will collaborate with engineering for technical validation while owning the commercial front-end.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5–8 years of industrial business development, HVAC, energy systems, or project-based sales.
Proven ability to open new accounts independently and engage C-suite stakeholders; close long-cycle, high-value deals.
Strong understanding of industrial operations, heating & cooling or process energy systems.

Responsibilities

Identify and penetrate high energy-consuming industrial segments with HVAC potential.
Open doors and engage C-suite stakeholders to position energy optimization as a business initiative.
Qualify opportunities based on decision authority, financial viability, and scalability.
Build and manage a structured pipeline of decision-maker-led opportunities; drive deal closure.
