Job summary

Energy Workforce Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth across its technical manpower supply and workforce solutions divisions in Malaysia. The role focuses on client acquisition at EPCC contractors, fabrication yards, and operation sites, delivering recruitment, payroll, and staffing solutions with a consultative approach.

The candidate will manage pipelines, estimate revenue and gross profit, negotiate terms, and close contracts for manpower

Qualifications

• Direct Oil & Gas sales experience in securing and closing Technical Manpower Supply contracts.
• Experience with Third-Party Inspection (TPI) contracts is required.
• Established industry network with EPCC contractors, fabrication yards, and operators.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and connect with prospective employers across Oil & Gas, EPCC, and industrial sectors to secure strategic business opportunities.
• Build, monitor, and manage weekly and monthly sales pipelines while estimating Revenue and Gross Profits for projects.
• Generate inquiries, present tailored service proposals, negotiate terms, and convert opportunities into contracts for manpower and TPI services.
• Drive contract sales across the full workforce solutions portfolio including manpower supply, RPO, staffing, and payroll outsourcing.
• Secure TPI contracts covering structural and industrial project needs.
