Job summary

BrightPath Solutions in Puchong is seeking a Sales Engineer to build and manage relationships with customers in the conveyor belting industry. You will develop new sales leads, liaise with cross-functional teams, and drive growth by generating quotations and meeting forecasted targets.

You will work with Finance, Customer Service and Workshop teams to ensure customer satisfaction, timely quotes, and market expansion across end users, OEMs and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and service, business development of industrial products targeting end user, OEM and distribution segments.
• Dynamic team player with sharp business acumen and capability of new business development (hunter mindset).
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage existing customer relationships to nurture partnerships.
• Proactively develop new sales leads.
