Job summary

Bosch Rexroth Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. You will work with sales teams, business units, partners, and regional stakeholders to deliver campaigns, events, digital marketing activities, CRM operations, and marketing communications.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B marketing or industrial sector.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
• Strong digital marketing and lead generation knowledge.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, events and partner activities.
• Support partner marketing and channel development initiatives.
• Manage CRM, lead tracking and marketing automation activities.
• Create and maintain marketing content (social, newsletters, promos).
• Assist lead generation and sales enablement activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization.
