Bosch Rexroth Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will work with sales, partners, and regional teams on campaigns, events, digital marketing, CRM operations, and communications.

The role emphasizes collaboration, budgeting, and KPI monitoring while maintaining Bosch branding standards. A flexible working environment and development programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, industrial marketing, events, or channel marketing.
• CRM and marketing automation experience (HubSpot) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaigns, and lead management.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Independent, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, customer events, and partner activities.
• Support partner marketing and channel development initiatives.
• Manage CRM, lead tracking, and marketing automation activities.
• Create and maintain marketing content, including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Support lead generation and sales enablement activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization.
• Ensure compliance with Bosch branding and communication standards.
