Job summary

Bosch Rexroth Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, engage customers, generate leads, and drive growth. You will work closely with sales, partners, and regional stakeholders to deliver campaigns, events, digital marketing, CRM operations and communications.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field and 2–5 years in B2B or industrial marketing, with CRM/marketing automation experience (HubSpot

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years in B2B marketing, industrial marketing, events, or channel marketing.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation; HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong digital marketing, campaign execution, and lead management.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, customer events, and partner activities.
• Support partner marketing and channel development initiatives.
• Manage CRM, lead tracking, and marketing automation activities.
• Create and maintain marketing content, including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Support lead generation and sales enablement activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and budget utilization.
• Ensure compliance with Bosch Rexroth branding and communication standards.
