Job summary

Kemikon Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking an Indoor Sales Coordinator to manage order processing from PO to DO, generate OC and SO, and prepare packing slips and invoices.

You will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure on-time delivery, maintain customer relationships, and support billing, ECO/ECN, and RMA processes. The role requires at least 3 years in Sales/Customer operations, and a Diploma/Bachelor in Marketing or Business Management; fluent English and MS Office skills are

Job description

Verification of purchase order (PO),manage order scheduling, generate order confirmation (OC) and sale orders (SO) & prepare delivery order (DO),packing slip & invoices.

Communicate and coordinate order related activities with external/internal department to ensure efficient communication & on time delivery.

To ensure Customer Satisfaction is met through fulfilling customer request and sustaining continues business improvement activities (eg : On Time Request, On Time Delivery,timely to provide Order Confirmation,responsiveness to issues and alerts)

Manage report, forecasts/OOR, billing/booking activities,customer contract/agreements & participate in inventory and rescheduling review meeting with customers.

Execute customer ECO/ECN (Engineering Change Order/Engineering Change Notice) requests in accordance with established procedures.

Handle RMA processes,collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare required documentation such as credit/debit notes.

Perform additional tasks and resonsibilities as assigned.

Maintain a positive,empathetic and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Prove track record within a demanding sales environment.

Build & maintain strong,long-lasting customer relationships and ensure upkeep of the customer database

Requirement

Minimum 3 years experience in Sales/Customer Services/Customer operations.

Diploma/Bachelor degree preferable in Marketing ,Business Management or equivalents.

Fluent in spoken and written English,computer literally and proficient in Microsoft application
