Job summary

IUX is seeking a Customer Success Executive to be the voice for Indonesian-speaking clients. You will guide them through onboarding, keep them engaged, and grow their activity with proactive outbound calls to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

You will qualify leads, close upsell opportunities, log every interaction in the CRM, and collaborate with Operations, Tech and Finance to remove blockers. A 1–3 year track record in customer service or telesales and fluent Indonesian with business

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, call center or telesales.
• Fluent Indonesian and good business English, spoken and written.
• Commercial mindset with outbound calling and targets.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail; compliant with documents.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Call new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Qualify incoming leads and convert them into verified.
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Guide clients through onboarding and verification, explaining each step clearly.
• Log every interaction in the CRM in real time.
• Flag recurring client issues and elevate promptly to protect experience and revenue.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activity and conversion results.
