Job summary

IUX is seeking a Customer Success Executive to be the voice for our Philippines-speaking clients, guiding them through onboarding and engagement while growing activity via proactive outbound calls.

You will collaborate with Operations, Tech and Finance to resolve blockers, log interactions in the CRM, and nurture long-term client relationships focused on satisfaction and revenue. 1–3 years in customer service or telesales, plus fluent Tagalog and strong business English, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent Tagalog and good business English, spoken and written.
• 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center or telesales.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through outbound calls to understand client needs and upsell.
• Guide clients through onboarding and verification, collect and log documents.
• Log interactions in the CRM in real time and follow up on cases.
