Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Indirect Purchasing professional at Executive to Manager level to oversee procurement of indirect materials, equipment, and services. You will source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery, while issuing POs and ensuring timely fulfillment.

You will build strong supplier relationships, ensure policy compliance, and support internal stakeholders on procurement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• Executive: 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Manager: Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, including leadership or team management experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage.
