Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, a cornerstone of asset servicing in IOI City, Putrajaya, is seeking a Manager to lead the Custody back office team. You will ensure timely processing of Corporate Action Income events and related entries, mentor staff, and drive improvements while maintaining strong risk controls.

The role requires 6–10 years of leadership experience in custody/middle-office operations, with exposure to end-to-end Corporate Action processing and SWIFT knowledge.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading a team of 6+ staff.
• 5+ years in Custody back office or middle-office asset servicing.
• End-to-end Corporate Action and Income processing experience.
• Knowledge of SWIFT messages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure timely processing of Corporate Action Income events and entries.
• Drive operational effectiveness by monitoring performance against goals and implementing improvements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain audit readiness and robust procedures.
• Develop and coach the team, conduct semi-annual performance reviews, and ensure BAU deliverables meet deadlines.
