• Resolve issues within support scope, guiding towards third-party solutions or paid consultations when necessary.
• Troubleshoot client products to ensure a one-call resolution.
• Achieve metrics like First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Open to working in rotational shifts.
