Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to drive growth by qualifying SME leads and shaping initial processes and customer segments. You will manage a portfolio of SME leads, partner with Marketing and Account Executives, and help onboard new clients while aligning Airwallex’s product experience to customer needs.

You will work with stakeholders across Airwallex to optimise technology, workflow, onboarding, compliance and provide insights to our Growth team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English (Mandarin preferred).
• Relationship builder with the ability to engage senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own our inbound sales process from end to end for SME customers; from outreach to close.
• Demonstrate Airwallex products and align solutions to customer pain points.
• Deliver a world‑class customer experience and product expertise.
• Achieve revenue targets from new customers.
• Engage in customer conversations to understand needs and scale their business.
• Collaborate across global offices and cross‑functional teams.
