Job summary

FastJobs (part of FastCo) in Malaysia is seeking an outbound-focused Sales Consultant (Inbound) to own interactions with inbound leads and convert opportunities. This hybrid role reports to the Director of Sales and shapes FastJobs' regional expansion from the ground up.

You will manage the full sales cycle, present to HR leaders, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives. A growth-driven environment with coaching awaits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and managing the full sales cycle independently.
• Experience in HR tech, job boards, recruitment services, or SaaS is ideal.
• Proficient with CRMs and presenting to HR leads, operations heads, and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound leads and inquiries from potential clients with timely, professional communication.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using FastJobs' services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships for long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to align on client needs and deliver optimal solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase FastJobs' offerings.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
