You will work with company-provided leads from our lifestyle hub and events, with flexible hours and a clear path to leadership based on results.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients face-to-face and digitally
• Manage company-provided leads and client opportunities
• Prospect and develop additional business opportunities
• Understand clients' needs, priorities and goals
• Conduct structured client consultations
• Present suitable solutions clearly and professionally
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients
• Develop and manage your own client pipeline
• Work towards weekly and monthly activity and performance targets
• Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication and leadership development
• Use digital and AI-enabled tools to improve prospecting, follow-up and productivity
