Job summary

Pasona HR Malaysia is hiring a Recruitment Advisor (Sales-Focused) to drive new business and growth in KL. You will actively network with potential clients, understand hiring needs, and tailor recruitment solutions that deliver results.

This role rewards performance with fast-track growth and a vibrant team culture. The ideal candidate holds a degree in any field, has at least 1 year in a recruitment agency, and brings sales experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in any field.
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment agency.
• Previous sales or client servicing experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and BM; Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development to achieve sales targets.
• Contact potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, networking events.
• Generate and develop new business leads to expand client portfolios.
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and propose recruitment solutions.
• Act as main contact for key clients, ensuring quality service and long-term relationships.
• Achieve monthly KPIs and revenue goals through sales strategies and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with internal consultants to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and job orders.
• Provide updates on market trends, client feedback, and sales performance.
