Job summary

AYP Group in Malaysia is seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth by converting inbound demand into closed deals. You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact to close for inbound leads, and build a deep understanding of the buyers and objections.

You will use CRM tools like HubSpot for tracking, reporting, and pipeline management, and you'll continuously optimize the sales funnel to hit revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years' of sales consulting or business intelligence experience
• Comfortable owning targets and outcomes end-to-end
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close for inbound leads
• Consistently achieve individual revenue and conversion targets
• Identify friction points across the sales process and propose improvements
• Develop deep understanding of AYP’s buyer personas, decision drivers, and objections
• Data, Discipline & Reporting (use CRM tools to track activity, pipeline, and performance)
• Provide clear, accurate reporting on deal progress and risks
