Job summary

GSS AirAsia SEA Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a grounded, detail‑oriented team member to manage cart preparation, item checks, and reliable handling of in-flight meals and supplies.

You will coordinate with various teams to ensure on‑time deliveries and maintain equipment cleanliness across the ramp and catering zones. The role requires daily interaction with ground staff, the ability to work shifts including overnights and holidays, and a focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced airport environment

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; liaise effectively across departments.
• Well-organized, meticulous, trustworthy, and able to perform under pressure.
• A good grade in SPM or equivalent is required and experience in airport environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set carts according to quantity and orders.
• Check item expiry and condition prior to setting the cart.
• Perform opening/closing counts for carts/SCU and enter in system.
• Ensure cleanliness of carts, drawers, SCU and related equipment.
• Safely transport in-flight meals, beverages, and supplies between catering and aircraft.
• Coordinate with In-Flight Operations and other teams for timely deliveries.
• Assist at aircraft parking apron with marshalling and loading duties.
• Maintain professional communication with ground staff and crews.
• Verify items delivered match inventory and quality standards.
