Job summary

AirAsia Berhad in Sepang (RedQ) seeks a Senior Executive, Airport Application Management to oversee critical airport applications, ensuring availability, performance and security. You will coordinate with airport stakeholders, IT teams and vendors to maintain operational readiness and rapid incident response.

This onsite role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT and at least 3 years in mission-critical IT operations, with familiarity of passenger processing systems and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• ITIL V4 certification.
• 3+ years in mission-critical IT operations or NOC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technical operations of airport applications and ensure availability, stability, and performance.
• Analyze and resolve application issues and trends from incident reports; identify root causes and preventive actions.
• Maintain cybersecurity and compliance for airport data and systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, IT teams and vendors to align with business goals.
• Uphold documentation, SOPs and support processes; monitor SLAs and vendor performance.
