Job summary

Hirehub Group in Klang, Selangor seeks a logistics professional to manage full project logistics for Kuala Lumpur sites. You will handle sea and air freight bookings, import/export clearance, and warehousing while coordinating with domestic supply chains and multiple service providers.

English and Mandarin are required for overseas communications. Applicants should have 3+ years of related experience, familiarity with Malaysian customs policies, and a track record of cost control and KPI

Responsibilities

• Manage full logistics process for Kuala Lumpur projects including sea/air freight booking, import/export clearance, goods pickup and warehouse management
• Coordinate logistics connections between project site and domestic supply chain to ensure timely deliveries
• Engage with local forwarders, customs, shipping lines and trucking providers to maintain reliable logistics channels
• Collaborate with on-site engineers in material deployment and respond to urgent shipment requests
• Control logistics costs via inquiry, price comparison and optimization of transport plans
• Maintain logistics ledgers and prepare regular KPI reports for traceable data

Job Descriptions

• Manage the full logistics process for Kuala Lumpur projects, including sea and air freight booking, import and export customs clearance, goods pickup and warehouse management.
• Coordinate logistics connection between the project site and domestic supply chain to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project materials.
• Connect with local forwarders, customs, shipping companies and trucking service providers, establish and maintain stable cooperative relationships to ensure smooth logistics channels.
• Cooperate with on-site Chinese engineers in material deployment, and respond promptly to emergency shipment demands to support smooth project construction.
• Control logistics costs by conducting inquiry and price comparison, and continuously optimize transportation plans and methods to reduce project logistics expenses.
• Maintain logistics ledgers, compile regular reports and update KPI data to ensure authentic, accurate and traceable logistics data.

JobRequirements

• Over 3 years of relevant logistics working experience, proficient in at least two core business links among sea freight, air freight, customs clearance and warehousing.
• Proficient in oral and written English and Mandarin, able to take English as working language and communicate with overseas agents independently.
• Familiar with Malaysian customs policies and local import & export procedures is preferred.
• Practical logistics experience in overseas projects, EPC engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Working experience in local logistics or forwarding companies in Malaysia is a plus.

Location: Klang, Selangor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)

Salary Range: RM6,000 - 9,000
