Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive (Import & Export) to support daily logistics operations in Bukit Tinggi, Klang. You will coordinate import and export shipments, liaise with customers and service providers, and ensure documentation and timelines are met.

The role offers a full-time position in freight forwarding, with opportunities to develop skills in customs clearance, Incoterms, and international shipping.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business admin.
1–3 years in freight forwarding or logistics.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle import and export shipment enquiries.
Coordinate shipment arrangements with lines, providers, warehouses, brokers.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, DO, invoices, packing lists).
Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers.
Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance.
Update shipment records in the operating system.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Transport teams.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
