Job summary

Geekplus is seeking an Implementation Engineer to supervise on-site activities during project implementation across the SEA region. You will work with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site performance and accurate on-site records for reviews.

The role involves preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and preparing training materials to support customers and external parties, with consideration for Singapore candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Solid experience in equipment/hardware installation, maintenance, and site supervision.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems or related logistics systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site supervisor, overseeing and conducting relevant site activities during project implementation in the SEA region.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to manage overall site performance.
• Prepare daily on-site logs and records for customer and internal team reviews.
• During the service phase, conduct preventive maintenance and perform root cause analysis of production issues using diagnostic tools.
• Prepare a training manual and provide training and support to customers and other external parties.
