Organo (Asia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Implementation and Commissioning Engineer to implement and commission water treatment systems, ensuring safety, permit handling, and on-site supervision. The role includes preparing checklists, training operators, and supporting project handovers.
Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s in engineering, 3+ years in water treatment, and Bahasa Malaysia & English proficiency.
To implement and commissioning water treatment system (Pure and Waste) which includes:-
Perform system functional test of newly constructed plant including plant commissioning.
Submission and securing of necessary permits from customers and their representatives to ensure smooth commissioning work.
To implement, enforce and maintain safety rules at each site.
To maintain in-house and field testing / monitoring equipment.
Prepare commissioning check list and report.
Prepare operation check sheets and operation manuals.
Provide operating guidance to the plants operators.
To receive goods and materials at site and ensure the specifications of goods and material are in order.
Ensuring that practices and workmanship are in compliance with specified procedures.
To report and correct any installation faults or obstruction that may occur at site and to prevent reoccurrence.
Assist in Government and non-government department matters such as DOE, DOSH, CIDB etc.
To perform joint inspection with customer and relevant authorities.
Assist Project Manager in project handover activities.
To perform post warranty after project handover.
Report preparation of responsibilities for each project to facilitate the conduct of project evaluation.

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in: Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experience in industrial DIW or water treatment systems preferred
Required language(s): Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
Energetic, personable, and enjoys engaging with others.
Capable of working collaboratively in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
At least 3 years’ work experience in water treatment is required for this position.
The candidate must be willing to be based on-site for a designated period.
