Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support building, civil & structure and maintenance projects. You will prepare and review tender documents, cost estimates, bill of quantities and procurement, and monitor costs.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, 3-5 years in construction, strong contract knowledge (PAM, CIDB, JKR), and the ability to work independently. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction industry.
• Strong understanding of PAM, CIDB, JKR contracts.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good negotiation, communication & analytical skills.
• Immediate availability for hiring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tender documents, cost estimates, bill of quantities and procurement
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and progress payments
• Monitor project cost, budget and variation orders
• Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams
