Job summary

Black & Veatch Malaysia is seeking an experienced project leader to manage all aspects of small to medium EPC/Service projects, ensuring risk to cost, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction. You will staff projects effectively and guide multi-discipline teams through engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering, PEPC license from BEM, and 12+ years of relevant experience, with strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering.
• Experience in managing EPC/Service projects with risk-to-cost considerations.
• Proven ability to staff projects and lead multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple small to medium Services projects, and/or a small EPC project.
• Obtains new/repeat business and supports contract negotiations.
• Manages risk including fixed price engineering and new technology.
