Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/graduate degree in any discipline required.
• Minimum 12 months of securities experience.
• Broad understanding of Corporate Action processes and market specifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as input agent for operations ensuring all corporate events are processed within required timeframes.
• Process instructions within deadlines and according to manuals; report deviations to Manager.
• Maintain audit/regulatory/risk ratings and comply with Group policies.
• Demonstrate analytical skills to interpret data and support decision making.
• Lead periodic reviews to improve efficiency and identify best practices.
• Provide support to team members to ensure coverage of activities.
