Job summary

Verinon Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Immigration/Mobility Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to manage end-to-end immigration processes, including visa applications and related documentation. The role requires coordinating with Group Mobility teams, service providers, consulates and authorities to ensure timely approvals.

You will maintain records for audits, prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, and stay updated on immigration regulations while supporting other HR operations as

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• ≥2 years hands-on experience in Malaysia immigration / mobility.
• Experience with visa applications, Employment Pass, immigration passes and related documentation.

Employment Type: Contract – 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end immigration processes, including visa applications, immigration passes and contract stamping.

Prepare, review and submit immigration applications and supporting documents.

Track application status and maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.

Prepare reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Liaise with Group Mobility teams, immigration service providers, consulates, embassies and immigration authorities.

Handle immigration-related enquiries and follow up on cases.

Stay updated on relevant immigration regulations and process changes.

Support other HR operations activities when required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Malaysia immigration / mobility.

Experience with visa applications, Employment Pass, immigration passes and related documentation.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good IT literacy.

Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
