Concentrix in Cyberjaya, Malaysia is hiring for a Customer Service role on the E-Hailing Project. You will listen attentively to customer concerns and offer solutions, with training provided. Email and phone support will be part of daily tasks as needed.

The role operates on a 5-day work week with 2 days off and a 24/7 rotational 9-hour shift schedule. Joining date is 28 September 2026, with a base salary of RM2400 plus KPI incentives, night shift allowance up to RM300 and attendance allowance
