BYD Indonesia is seeking an IE Engineer to drive production line improvements and monitor line rhythm to reduce costs, boost efficiency and ensure product quality at the Desa Subang Permai Fasa II site.

The role requires coordinating with various departments, establishing standard hours, supporting new product trials, and building capacity analysis data to implement improvements.

Formación

• English is advanced; Chinese speaking is preferred.
• Bachelor degree in electrical, mechanical, automotive, or industrial engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out production line improvement and rhythm statistics to reduce costs and improve efficiency and quality.
• Establish standard working hours and update labor costs for capacity analysis.
• Coordinate with departments to solve production anomalies and follow up on corrective actions.
• Participate in trial production of new products and prepare work instruction documents.
• Establish production equipment capacity load data and implement improvement plans.

[IE Engineer]

• According to the company's continuous improvement and TPS management needs, carry out production line improvement, production line rhythm statistics, establish database management and other work to reduce costs, improve production line efficiency and ensure product quality;
• Establish product standard working hours and regularly update labor costs for capacity analysis and modification;
• Coordinate with relevant departments to solve production anomalies, and follow up on the results of the measures taken to solve the anomalies;
• Participate in the trial production of new products, timely formulate the work instruction documents required by the production line, and follow up on the implementation of the production line;
• Establish production equipment capacity load analysis data and implement improvement plans.

Requirements

• English is advanced, chinese is able to speak is preferred;
• 1-3 years of experience;
• Bachelor degree, education major is electrical Engineering, mechanical Engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, etc.
