Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Security Access Administrator to manage access controls and support users across the IT environment. You will handle account creation, modification, and deletion requests within SLA while resolving access issues via email and phone support.

The role requires a degree in IT or related field, openness to fresh graduates or 1 year of experience, and familiarity with AD/Exchange administration and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; or 1 year of experience.
• Active Directory account administration OR Microsoft Exchange account administration OR Application Account Administration.
• Favorable: ITIL3 certification at foundation level (or more).
• Strong working knowledge of desktop and mobile hardware and related OS.
• Ability to establish trust and credibility in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and Procedures; day-to-day security component support and administration.
• Provides email and telephone support to end users to resolve IT system access related issues.
• Create, modify, and delete accounts via request forms within SLA.
• Ensure ITSM incident and service request tickets are responded to and resolved within SLA.
• Serve as escalation point within Administrator team for complex requests.
