Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia seeks an experienced security supervisor to oversee on-site security operations at a data center. You will coordinate with management and staff, lead training, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent English communication, and advanced computer skills. You will conduct audits, maintain documentation, and support other critical infrastructure sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must meet specified skills, certifications or authorizations for assigned accounts.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
• Ability to train and discipline staff.
• Ability to interpret detailed written instructions.
• Capable of leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to data center management and security personnel when the Site Security Manager is unavailable.
• Train and certify all new security personnel and maintain training documentation.
• Ensure Responders and Control Room Supervisors adhere to policies and SOPs.
• Act as Responder or Control Room Supervisor during high activity or staff absence.
• Maintain and troubleshoot on-site security technology.
• Support other critical infrastructure sites as needed.
• Recommend corrective actions to the Site Security Manager.
• Assist with counseling and disciplinary actions as directed by the Site Security Manager.
• Assist with scheduling, equipment inspections, and audit compliance.
• Conduct recurring audits and report to client management team.
• Maintain required security documentation in accordance with policies.
