Job summary

Hartalega is seeking an IT IAM administrator to manage the identity lifecycle, RBAC, and least-privilege access across systems. The role supports onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, and incident logging while ensuring policy compliance and accurate records.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year in IT security, system administration, or support are welcome. Strong Excel and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity or related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year in IT support, system administration or cybersecurity.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle concepts (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), RBAC, and least privilege.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end user account lifecycle management per approved procedures.
• Administer access control lists, inventories, and group memberships for accurate records.
• Audit user access rights and perform cleanup to validate system access levels.
• Document access-related requests and security incidents for logging and resolution.
• Process onboarding and offboarding requests to activate/remove access per security protocols.
• Maintain IAM standard operating procedures and documentation.
• Resolve access issues with IT Support and stakeholders.
• Track policy adherence and escalate non-compliance.
• Generate access administration reports and compliance summaries for management.
• Perform specialized IAM operational duties as directed by leadership.

OVERVIEW

Execute daily user access administration and comprehensive identity lifecycle processes to guarantee accurate account provisioning. Enforce strict compliance with access control policies and maintain precise, audit-ready access records in accordance with established security standards.

• Execute end-to-end user account lifecycle management, including provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning activities according to approved access control procedures.
• Administer access control lists, user inventories, and group memberships to maintain precise compliance and security records.
• Audit user access rights periodically and execute clean-up activities to validate appropriate system access levels.
• Document access-related service requests and security incidents to facilitate accurate logging and resolution monitoring.
• Process onboarding and offboarding access requests to facilitate timely access activation and removal in strict compliance with security protocols.
• Maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) standard operating procedures and documentation to keep records accurate and current.
• Resolve access-related issues, including account recovery and password resets, by collaborating directly with IT Support and relevant stakeholders.
• Track organizational adherence to access control policies and elevate identified non‑compliance issues to the reporting manager.
• Generate comprehensive access administration reports and compliance summaries for senior management review.
• Execute specialized IAM operational duties and tactical access management assignments as directed by leadership.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, system administration, or cybersecurity.
• Understanding of core access control concepts, including user identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and least privilege principles.
• Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD) and a foundational awareness of general cybersecurity and data privacy principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard documentation tools for access tracking, reporting, and maintaining accurate identity records.
