Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an IT support specialist to assist end-users with Windows, Office 365, and device management. You will handle user accounts, printers, and peripherals across site offices.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on IT experience, a Diploma/Degree in IT, and willingness to travel to site offices. Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills are essential. Excellent communication and proactive problem solving are valued.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant IT hands-on experience.
• Diploma or degree in IT or equivalent.
• Experience with networks, Windows, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Active Directory, as well as Teams.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently.
• Good troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer-fronting skills.
• Resourceful, meticulous, and a team player who can work well with all levels.
• Possess a high level of integrity and self-driven personality.
• Candidate must be willing to travel to site offices when require.

Responsibilities

• Support users on computer, printing, scan, and desktop application including but not limited to: User Account Administration, Office 365 User Administration, Wireless Access Points User Administration, Networking issues, Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows client.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment
• Support in internal reporting and authority reporting, when necessary, maintain/create appropriate documentation
• Ensure computers are up to date to the latest patches and ensure third-party applications are up to date
• Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users' requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow-through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time
