• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven ability to act as a quick learner, especially with new proprietary software.
• Foundational understanding of IP networking, hardware troubleshooting, and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for internal hardware, software, and network operations, ensuring minimal downtime for office operations.
• Learn, deploy, and troubleshoot proprietary software for engineering projects, including access control platforms and CCTV systems.
• Use basic programming and scripting knowledge to assist with system configurations and automate routine tasks.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining network environments, including router configuration and IP addressing, for internal and on-site client projects.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, network configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Job description

We are seeking a highly adaptable and tech‑savvy ICT Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline troubleshooter for our internal IT infrastructure while also supporting the software and networking configurations for our Extra Low Voltage (ELV), Electronic Access Control (EAC), and security system projects. Key responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support for internal hardware, software, and network operations, ensuring minimal downtime for office operations

Quickly learn, deploy, and troubleshoot specialized proprietary software applications related to engineering projects, including access control platforms, CCTV surveillance systems, and building automation software

Utilize basic programming and scripting knowledge to assist with system configurations, automate routine administrative tasks, and support the integration of hardware devices (e.g., biometric readers, smart barrier gates)

Assist in setting up and maintaining network environments, including router configuration (e.g., mesh networks), IP addressing, and troubleshooting connectivity issues for both internal use and on-site client projects

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, network configurations, and technical troubleshooting procedures

About you

Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Proven ability to act as a quick learner, specifically when mastering new, diverse, and proprietary software applications

Foundational understanding of IP networking, hardware troubleshooting, and operating systems (Windows environments)

Strong analytical problem-solving skills, a hands‑on and pragmatic approach to technical challenges, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
