Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Project Manager to lead security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and programming to meet company standards and ensure high client satisfaction. The role requires managing projects from preparation through handover, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and providing on-site training.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in security/electronic project delivery, solid IT knowledge of security hardware and networks, and familiarity with systems like Lenel,

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Computer, or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in security, electronic, or small electronic project implementation and commissioning.
• Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network, and database.
• Experience with security access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Exposure to Lenel, GE, Cisco, and S2 systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fast learning ability and strong client focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project according to company policy, standards, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Project preparation including scheduling, budget review, and kick-off.
• Lead site meetings, coordinate with client, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Handle internal handover and handover to client.
• Manage subcontractors and project team.
• Install, test, commission, and program security systems per policy.
• Provide technical support to Sales and other departments.
• Conduct on-site client training on security system design and AutoCAD diagrams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security concepts.

Overview:

The position of Project Manager is responsible for managing security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system programming in according to The Company’s standards; Ensuring good engineering project quality; Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project according to company policy, company standards, and client satisfaction.
• Project preparation - scheduling of projects, budget review, sales order, kick off meeting.
• Site meetings and coordination, preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, coordination with client.
• Internal Hand Over and Hand Over to the client.
• Project team management - manage subcontractors.
• Security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming in accordance with The Company’s policy and standards
• Assisting and providing technical support to Sales and other departments
• Conducting on-site client training Security system design, building diagrams using AutoCAD
• Maintain high level of knowledge in security concept.

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Computer, Automation Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in security, electronic, or small electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Possess basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network, and database.
• Experience with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems is a must.
• Previous exposure to Lenel, GE, Cisco, and S2 systems is a clear advantage.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Display a quick learning ability and a strong focus on client service.
