Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in ICT project coordination, IT infrastructure deployment, or system integration roles.
• Solid understanding of networking principles, ELV systems, or physical access control solutions.
• Familiarity with hardware/software integration is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end deployment of the ICT Project, ensuring milestones are met within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Review technical specifications, network infrastructure needs, and hardware compatibility related to ELV fields.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact between site contractors, technical support teams, and clients.
• Manage daily site activities, workforce scheduling, and equipment delivery to project sites.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, troubleshooting logs, and handover protocols.
• Ensure all installations and software integrations meet operational and security standards before commissioning.

Job description

We are looking for an ICT Project Coordinator to spearhead the implementation of various ICT projects over Sarawak. This role requires a hybrid skill set: the organizational capability to keep project timelines and resources on track, combined with the technical ICT foundation necessary to understand system integrations, hardware specifications, and network requirements. You will serve as the primary bridge between our internal technical teams, on-site engineers, and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end deployment of the ICT Project, ensuring milestones are met within scope, budget, and schedule.

Apply your ICT background to review technical specifications, network infrastructure needs, and hardware compatibility (e.g., controllers, sensors, and display modules) related to the Extra Low Voltage fields.

Act as the primary technical point of contact, facilitating clear communication between site contractors, technical support teams, and clients.

Manage daily site activities, workforce scheduling, and equipment delivery to the project sites.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical troubleshooting logs, and handover protocols.

Ensure all physical installations and software integrations meet stringent operational and security standards before final commissioning.

About you

Proven experience in ICT project coordination, IT infrastructure deployment, or system integration roles.
