Job summary

Myi Technologies Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive IT Project Coordinator to ensure projects run smoothly and align with company goals.

You will create project timelines and maintain deadlines across the project lifecycle (Microsoft Project), coordinate teams, and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or IT; at least 2 years’ experience; proficient in Microsoft Project and MS Office; willing to travel and possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Create project timelines and maintain deadlines across the project lifecycle (Microsoft Project)
• Able to bring a team together and move them in one direction, aligning personal goals with the organization
• Negotiate terms with clients and other stakeholders
• Oversee and coordinate tasks as well as motivate and encourage the team
• Adapt to upcoming product trends, new technology, user demographics and more
• Understand and address situations based on available facts and information
• Gather information, weigh pros and cons and formulate the best solution
• Identify potential risks and implement a mitigation strategy
• Gather information throughout the project lifespan and report for evaluation

Salary Offer : 4,000.00 (MYR) - 8,000.00 (MYR) per month

To ensure processes are running smoothly and in line with common goals

Able to create a project timeline and maintain those deadlines throughout the project lifecycle (Microsoft Project)

Able to bring a team together and move them in one direction, aligning their personal goals with those of the organization

Effective at negotiating terms with clients and other stakeholders

To oversee and coordinate tasks as well as motivate and encourage the team

To understand and address situations based on all available facts and information

Able to gather information, weigh the associated pros and cons and then formulate the best solution

Have the experience and ability to pinpoint what could go wrong and implement a risk mitigation strategy

Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields

Competent in Microsoft Project and Microsoft office

Strong knowledge in IT / ELV / AV services is mandatory
